Braai Ideas


We had our first braai this week-end and I had such fun celebrating real food!
I made a side salad of rocket from my own garden, feta from Mooberry, strawberries from my garden, roast sweet potatoes from Wensleydale, some roast pepper and gorgeous spring frilly green lettuce from my garden, serve that with the Kalahari grass-fed boerewors, it was great.
We also put some of the Karoo lamb chops on the braai and served those with coarse sea salt, rosemary and fresh lemon.
Celebrate seasonal eating and sustainable braais, this is one of Jozi’s greatest seasons and eating sustainably should be this delicious.
