Christmas Stock Clearance Sale and Meeting Babur
This is just going to be a quick one to let you know about our closing times and how our last trading week for the year will work.
We’re all starting to let our psyches wind down to a state of relaxed anticipation of the break and letting it all slow down really so I won’t go into any heavy topics this time round.
Firstly, we will be open on this Friday public holiday from 9 until 1pm and over the week-end as usual.
Next week will be our last trading week – closing at 1pm on Christmas Eve.
We will re-open on Monday the 9th of January.
For the duration of next week – 19 – 24 December – we will be running a Christmas stock clearance sale so that we don’t have stock sitting on the shelves over this period. It’ll be a good time to do gift shopping of organic dry goods for family and friends too.
- There will be a 20% discount on all dry goods on the shelves.
- A 25% discount on all frozen meat packs – inclusive of the pastured pork chops, Aldersyde and Free State Lamb and Brennaissance Beef. This excludes the heritage breed and Heversham chicken.
- A 20% discount on all dairy products.
- A 20% discount on all fruit and vegetables.
- A 20% discount on skin care products.
Please note that the Christmas special Discounts do not apply to eggs, books, soup or ice-cream.
I’ve got news to bring you of a new great local organic farmer we have found of late but I won’t do the article now while we’re all wanting to start thinking a little less.
I’ve put some pictures of Babur on our Facebook page and we have his gorgeous heritage tomatoes, carrots and marrows in right now.
I’ll just keep short snippets of news relevant on our Facebook page and Instagram.
I doubt I’ll have time next week to do a last newsletter for the year as we’re on short staff – Sam and Cassandra have their last 2016 day tomorrow before they head off for a well needed and deserved break so it’ll be Lucy, Hope and I covering you on the tills for our last week.
I will more than likely send out the last newsletter for the year before New Year Eve as it is always the time where I feel a deep need to reflect on the year and what it all meant and get ready for the new one and next year we face a new and very exciting horizon.
See you in-store and if you’re already on holiday, have a wonderful break, treasure the space to just enjoy your loved ones, travel safe and thank you for everything.
Much love,
Debbie Logan
