My sourdough starter


My sourdough starter coming along nicely, thanks to much help from Penny, Jozi’s greatest sourdough expert.
I’m writing an article for you today on why sourdough is the healthiest and most real bread you can eat. I’ll have it finished hopefully by this afternoon. Re-thinking bread is a critical part of the Jozi Real Food Revolution.
I’ll make sure we always have the best sourdough in store for you, we always stock the Paris Patisserie frozen and pre-sliced loaves.
We will also be bringing you wood-fired fresh artisanal sourdough loaves shortly.
First prize though is that you get into a regular routine of making your own. It’s the cheaper way to go, it will only cost you in a bit of time each day to bake a new loaf, and 5 minutes a day if that to keep the starter going.
