Sage Lemon and Garlic Pork Chops

Sage Lemon and Garlic Pork Chops

  • A small handful of fresh sage leaves
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic depending on taste
  • The grated lemon rind from one lemon
  • Some fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 pork chops (note Ricky’s this week are almost 500g for one chop, they are huge, so for a family of 4 you could buy 2 and cut them in half – or buy 4 and give everybody the largest chop they’ve ever eaten)

Make a paste mixing together all the ingredients and then rub it into the chops, leave to stand for about half an hour to an hour prior.
Place a griddle or frying pan on high heat and cook them for roughly 5 minutes each side or to your liking.
